WE UPCYCLE WASTE INTO RECYCABLE MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS

Circular semi & end products from recycled materials.

Upcycling of spent coffee grounds, plastic-coated paper, textiles and other industrial waste.

Patented processes  based on new, water-based, thermoplastic binder (no added formaldehyde!).

Serving industries such as furniture, merchandise & entertainment as well as end consumers.

From simple key rings, desk pads to floorings, furniture, speakers, guitars and much more.

Circular Products

From plastic coated papers, spent coffee grounds, textiles and many more we produce the following circular end products:

Furniture

Tables, chairs, panels, boards & cabinets.

Merchandise

Bags, desk mats, mouse pads & more.

Instruments & Speakers

Guitars, loud speakers & accessories.

Flooring

High quality laminats.

Semi Products

We produce and distribute semi products for further manufacturing. These can be used in the furniture, automotive and interior design industries:

eco4flex

Can be used in a wide variation of applications e.g., as decorative furniture surface of tables, seats, counters and other interior applications like wall panels or as flooring material.

Residuals used: end of use garment, spent coffee grounds, plastic coated papers.

eco4stiff

Can be used in a wide variation of applications e.g., tables, seats, counters, wall panels, shelves, or as flooring material.

Residuals used: end of use garment, spent coffee grounds, plastic coated papers, organic fibres, scrap wood.

eco4board

Fiber residuals such as spent coffee ground can be manufactured into boards, providing a variety of decorative designs and textures. Our Coffee Ground Laminate is suitable for the production of standard furniture and interior design applications.

The result: an eco-friendly composite element for shop fitting and interior design applications.

Resources

We use the following residuals to produce our semi and end products:

Spent Coffee Grounds

2,000,000 tons of spent coffee grounds are produced yearly and is mostly incinerated, which releases 3,600,000 tons of CO2.

Tea Waste

6,000,000 tons of tea waste are produced annually, incinerated releasing 10,800,000 tons of CO2.

End of use garment

100,000,000 tons of end of use garments are disposed yearly and are mostly incinerated, which releases 180,000,000 tons of CO2.

Plastic Coated Papers

30,000,000 plastic coated To Go Cups yearly alone in Germany are disposed and mostly incinerated.

Other Natural Fibres

Countless tons of end of use natural fibres are disposed yearly and are mostly incinerated. These fibres include residuals originating the food production, such as from beer, wine and olive production.

Contributing to a Circular Economy

We have developed groundbreaking composites that enable the upcycling of biological waste materials such as spent coffee grounds, textiles, plastic coated paper and other fiber materials into new sustainable products that are again recyclable.

Our contribution:

  • Recycled Materials
  • Smart Upcycling
  • CO2 Storage of 1.8t per 1t waste
  • Water based formaldehyde free adhesive
  • Products again recyclable
  • Full circularity
  • Patent Pending
  • Social Production

We are committed to a sustainable future and to improving the social, economic and environmental well being of the community. We are dedicated to environmental improvements that foster a sustainable future and lead to social and economical improvements in the community we do business.

We exist to improve the quality of life in our communities. We do this by serving and delighting our customers, giving time and profits to our community, growing employees and helping them realize their full potential, and leading others by inspiring them to give, serve and grow.

Help the planet!

We need to stop producing waste and CO2. For those already available resources, we need to find new ways. We must act fast and efficient. We cannot leave a rotten planet for our children.

Help the people!

We need to stop exploiting people and their resources so that only the big can win and the small will loose. We have to encourage inclusion and stop exclusion on all levels. And we need to focus on those, who are less fortune than us.

Help the economy!

International dependent supply chains have proven to be a bottleneck. We need to act more local, supporting those companies close to us. It wont help to shift always for a cent less spent.
